COVID-19 Update

Here at Western Ranch Supply, we will continue to support our community through this outbreak. Our salesmen will continue their delivery routes in Montana, Wyoming and Western North Dakota. We urge all our customers to take advantage of the delivery program while social distancing is being encouraged. Also, we are implementing a local delivery program for the surrounding areas of Billings and Great Falls three days a week. If you or your animals are in need of supplies, please call Western Ranch Supply at 800-548-7270. Our sales team is standing by to help our customers in this time of need.

Here’s what we’re doing to help:
•All Western Ranch Supply locations remain open at their normal business hours.
•The health of our customers, vendor partners, and employees is our number one priority. We take pride in the everyday cleanliness of our stores, but we’re stepping it up even more. All Western Ranch Supply locations are being rigorously cleaned every hour, including counters, shopping carts, bathrooms, and all regular touchpoints.
•For deliveries, if you would like your salesman to drop off your purchases other than your home please call the store to notify us of that location request.
•If you order online and choose to pick up we can bring it out to your vehicle if you wish to not come inside.
•All Western Ranch Supply employees have been encouraged and instructed to practice proper hygiene, including regular hand washing. We’re also refraining from shaking hands, but we hope our honest, friendly smiles will be an acceptable substitute for the time being.
•All Western Ranch Supply employees who are sick or don’t feel well have been asked to stay home.
•We have implemented limits on certain products so that everyone has an opportunity to purchase high demand items when available.
• We are monitoring new developments and regularly consulting the Center for Disease Control guidelines.
