Soy protein concentrate is the protein portion of soybeans that is concentrated by removal of soluble carbohydrates. Proper manufacturing of soy protein concentrates significantly reduces the growth-limiting factors traditionally associated with soy protein sources. This allows for good growth during the nursery phase at an economical cost.
