If you are buying Dried Buttermilk already, ours is different…and BETTER. When drying buttermilk, all of the great bacteria are lost. Knowing this, we have added these vital bacteria back into our custom powdered buttermilk.

This Chocolate Milk Premix (CMP) is designed to replace ALL of the substitutions people have used in order to make the Chocolate Milk Mix;

Low Fat Buttermilk & Sweetened Condensed Milk
