SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is FREE with an online order of $150.00 or more, shipped the best way within the continental USA. This excludes any items are that are heavy, oversized, vaccines, or hazardous. If your order is less than $150.00 you pay a flat rate shipping charge based on the area in which you are shipping to.  If you would like to place an order to be shipped to Canada, please contact a salesperson at 1-800-548-7270 to place your order. You will be charged actual shipping (Free Shipping will not apply to your order).

Our fast, friendly shipping department ships most orders the same day they are received, if order is placed before 3:00pm MT, orders received after 3:00pm MT are shipped the following day, with the exception of Vaccines. In order to ensure the protection of vaccines, we prefer to ship all vaccines on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. Because orders shipped UPS Ground can take up to 10 days to deliver, vaccines belong to the purchaser upon leaving our facility. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please inform your sales person if you require special shipping and packing instructions.

RETURNS & DAMAGED FREIGHT
Returns: No returns after 20 days. Please call for authorization within 48 hours of receiving your order before returning any merchandise. Items must be returned in new condition. Used or damaged/opened packages will not be accepted for return. Any items returned without authorization will not be given a refund. Once authorization is received, please ship merchandise back to Western Ranch Supply via UPS or Parcel Post. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so be sure to insure your package and keep your tracking information. Shipping charges are not refundable. Vaccines and other biologicals, items used for injection, and items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Special Order and Drop Ship products are non-returnable.

Damages: If the package becomes damaged during transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can file a claim and reship the product to you. If you discover damage that was not visible upon acceptance, or notice a shortage, call us within 24 hours so we can correct the problem. Please keep the original container and the damaged product until insurance claims have been cleared. We will gladly issue a credit, refund, or replacement for items returned to us.
