PrimeLine® IN5 Intranasal Vaccine

PrimeLine® IN5 is a Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Parainfluenza 3-Respiratory Syncytial Virus-Mannheimia Haemolytica-Pasteurella Multocida vaccine. This product contains modified live viruses and avirulent live cultures. It has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, 3 days of age or older, against respiratory disease caused by IBR, PI3, BRSV, M. haemolytica, and P. multocida.

Additionally, PrimeLine® IN5 has been proven to be effective against mortality caused by M. haemolytica.

Indication
This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, 3 days of age or older, against respiratory disease caused by IBR, PI3, BRSV, Mannheimia haemolytica, and Pasteurella multocida. This product has been shown to be effective against mortality caused by Mannheimia haemolytica.

The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity in cattle in cattle and additional boosters will be required in most young animals. For advice on revaccination frequency, consult your veterinarian.

Storage & Handling
Store at 2-80C (35-460F).

Dosage & Administration
Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the sterile diluent provided, shake well, and administer 2 mL intranasally (IN) using a cannula in a single nostril. Healthy cattle should be
vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to weaning, shipping, or exposure to stress or infectious conditions.

Warnings
Animal Cautionary Statements

• Do not use in pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows.
• Shedding of IBR vaccine virus may occur for 16 days after vaccination.
• Shedding of PI3 vaccine virus may occur for 9 days after vaccination.
• Product contains streptomycin.

Usage and Disposal Cautionary Statements

• Inactivate unused contents before disposal.
• Use entire contents when first opened.
• Do not mix with other products, except as specified on this label.
