The 2W Rustler product features unique rail spacing that is signature to this series. The rails are spaced further near the top of the product, and closer near the bottom. Variable rail spacing broadens the panelโs livestock applications to include small animals such as calves, sheep, hogs, and many more.
This product features a durable “L” shaped mounting bracket that is designed to offer simplicity and ease of installation, all while maintaining a cost effective purchase price for 2W patrons.
This product comes available with a chain and self attaching chain latch connecting system for securing the product close or open to existing fixtures.
Though 2W does still utilize hand welders for large assemblies, the incorporation of CNC Robotic Welders for high-volume products allows for maximum consistency between welds and aids with quality control measures. To add an extra layer of quality measures, these robotic welders use an Advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process that greatly reduces metal distortion, minimizes tension caused by heat expansion, nearly eliminates weld spatter, and makes for a beautiful high quality weld.
